HOW DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
For orders to the United States and Canada we ship via the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped Priority or First Class Mail (3-6 business days). Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.
Update 4/2020 - Due to Covid19 we are experiencing unusually long ship times. Packages that used to take 3-7 days to arrive are now taking 3-4 weeks to get to their destination. If you would like us to use UPS for delivery instead of USPS, please choose that shipping option or contact us directly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We can ship to almost any location on earth via FedEx or UPS. Please contact us directly for shipping rates or if your country does not immediately pop up as a shipping option.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
No. Unfortunately we don’t have a physical store for our customers to shop at. You can purchase our products online or at select locations in Hawaii.
DO YOU HAVE WHOLESALE AND DISTRIBUTION PRICING?
Yes! If you are a retail store we can work with your needs. For distribution feel free to contact us for distributor pricing and shipping quotes.
IS YOUR ENTIRE CATALOG ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We add new items frequently. If there is an item NOT on our site that you would like to purchase, please contact our sales department.
HOW ARE YOUR "BULK" ITEMS SOLD?
Bulk products are packed and sealed in clear poly bags. We have multiple size options. If you are interested in buying bulk product that is not listed on our site, please call or email.
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS IN HAWAII?
Walmart, Kmart, Longs, Costco, KTA Superstores, and more. Please call or email for more details.
CAN I APPLY MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, no you can not. You can only use on discount code per order. Also, many discount codes can only be used once per customer. If you are trying to use your Ohana Rewards Points, please be aware that no other discounts may be applied to your order.
