Snack Hawaii is a family-owned and operated business with over 25 years of experience in providing healthy enjoyable snacks to our valued customers here in Hawaii. Our parent company, Asia Trans & Co., is located in Kona on the Big Island of beautiful Hawaii. 

Our family first began making small batches of Crack Seed to sell at our family restaurant in Hilo in the 1980's. The work was tedious, but our customers loved the product so we worked hard to meet the growing demand.

Eventually, our family decided to sell our restaurant and to instead expand our Crack Seed business by making and delivering these popular dried fruits to local stores. The growing demand for Crack Seed soon led us to start our own distribution business providing everything from our specialty dried fruits to snacks and beverages from other local companies like Hawaiian Sun and Enjoy to local grocery stores and chain stores like Walmart and Costco.

During delivery and shipment, you can expect all of Asia Trans & Co. brand seeds, candies, seafood, arare, ahi jerky, etc. to be packaged in the same black and clear packaging that our local customers are familiar with seeing in retail stores. When ordering larger bulk items of 1 lb or more, please expect to receive these items in clear bags without labeling.
