An exceptionally textured chip made from the root of the Taro plant known as Kalo in Hawaiian. With its beautiful purple flecks and distinctive flavor, this is a delicacy that truly captures the tastes of Hawai'i. Our Taro comes farm fresh from the uplands of the Big Island and our chips are made using all-natural ingredients with no preservatives or artificial flavors. The ingredients consist of fresh Island grown taro, canola oil and salt to preserve a unique authentic kettle-cooked taste.
