Our global search for the world’s best ginger has lead us to Viti Levu, Fiji. With one of the most pristine ecosystems in the world, nutrient-rich soil and natural irrigation from tropical rainfall, Fiji produces some of the world’s purest ginger. Using sustainable practices, our farming partners rotate our ginger crops with cassava, taro and other annuals to maintain the integrity and productivity of the soil. Our ginger grows in the raintree forest of Naitasiri and the Pacific Harbour region, where family farms supply raw ginger to our fully accredited processing facility. By partnering with local farmers and investing in a new factory, we proudly offer a select ingredient range of The Ginger People’s Fiji Ginger.
