When will my package arrive?

All orders ship from Hawaii! What does this mean? Your package will be loaded on a high-speed jet plane headed your direction. We don't use the slow boat!

What are all these notifications I'm getting?

We like to keep you informed at all stages of the shipping process. You will receive notifications when your package leaves our warehouse and when your package arrives at your doorstep or P.O Box. These will either be through email or Facebook Messenger.

What happens if my package is stolen?

Sometimes these goodies can be irresistible. So keep an eye out for your local mail carrier to be sure goods are in the right hands. We know you can't be home at all times but please be sure to check your mail before anything goes missing. Please reach out to us immediately if your package is missing.
